Situation

A pretty cottage-style house in St Just-in-Roseland with panoramic views over the Fal Estuary. St Just-in-Roseland with its picturesque church beside the creek, is a quiet, rural village near St Mawes. Nearby are safe, sandy beaches and boats can be launched from the creek to explore the delightful Fal estuary. There are lovely walks around the estuary and along the coastal footpath.

The Cottage

Penros is a new property and we have furnished it to a very high standard to provide our guests with a welcoming home. The sitting room enjoys the glorious view over the estuary and at the dinning end there are patio doors to the terrace.

The Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double-bedded room and the twin bedded room enjoy that lovely view. The third bedroom has a single bed with a foldaway bed underneath.

The kitchen

The kitchen and utility room are well equipped with modern units.
